At Earth Mama Organics, we want you and your little ones to feel completely comfortable in our sustainable styles. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn, unwashed items with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the organic pieces you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original eco-friendly packaging, ensuring all labels and tags remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label from the portal, print it, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive an email notification as soon as our warehouse processes your return and issues your refund.
